Our Policies
Appointments:
To schedule treatments, please call (207) 230-1170. You may also send a request to schedule an appointment at our email. A credit card number and phone number may be required when making your appointment.
Cancellations:
We understand that scheduling conflicts sometimes happen, but due to the nature of our services we kindly request a 24-hour cancellation notice on single treatments and 48 hours for multiple treatments booked. Wedding parties and all other parties must give a weeks notice for cancellations. No-shows will be charged the full treatment price.
Return Policy:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products, skincare, fragrance, and apparel that has been opened or used. Store credit will be issued for all products returned within 7 days in resalable condition. Sale items are not returnable.
